STORAGE FOX Self Storage

I loath to give Storage Fox one star. They truly deserve none. I reserved a cargo van and received a phone call 40 minutes prior to pickup time informing me they didn't have the van. I would have to travel an additional 30 minutes (each way), at my expense, to pick up the van. Their reason: the customer returned it to the wrong location. Instead of offering to get the van themselves and let me know that pickup will be delayed, they chose to tell me it was my responsibility to go pick up the van 30 minutes away. Instead of being proactive, they just blamed the previous customer. As Seinfeld said "You know how to take a reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation. And isn't the HOLD the most important part". The customer service was non-existent. If you need a UHaul rental in White Plains, go to U-Haul at 1 Virginia Road. Donna knows customer service and totally helped me out of the jam caused by Storage Fox. And they have a huge inventory, unlike Storage Fox which has only about 5 trucks/vans available. You have been warned.

im gonna have to move my stuff out of this place, the service is the worst, every rime i call and no1 answer the phone, today 10.22.17 ive been calling from 10am and no1 answer the phone until now 12pm, the person that answer the phone is jerek/jarek whoever it is, thats not the manager, and i think that kid is not doing his job properly like he should

Excellent Service & Incredible price.. & The staff ( Jennifer)!!! A+... Customer Service. I will forever be grateful to Jennifer & everyone that works at this location....

The staff was friendly and courteous and efficient. I went there to rent a U-Haul trailer, and they got me in and out in no time. Thanks!
