Safeguard Self Storage

First, this is the safest and secure storage facility. I researched many storage places between Tarrytown to Yonkers and so many places needed a administration fee. I needed the person at the counter to be honest and Daniel the manager made me feel very comfortable and pleased with all of his responses to my questions..This storage place is safe in and around the facility. I like that you can only go to one floor and when returning down the elevator, you can only go to the main floor not scatter all over. Their are cameras all over and everyone entering is being monitored. I am so pleased with this facility and the staff. The funny thing is they know you by name, which makes it very personable and you know their always watching out for you and your belongings. I would definetly recommend to anyone looking for a safe and secure storage facility.

Christine and Danny are super helpful and made my time there easy. The facility is safe, clean, and very secure. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for affordable storage in Westchester. I live in Yonkers so this was well worth the trips out there to Elmsford.

The entire experience was professional comfortable and quick. Truly a surprise in the storage facility world. I was shocked by the level of attention to the customer experience!

This was a wonderful experience. Christine had me laughing smiling and just felt warm being in her present . She answered all my question . She knew her job great customer service. A wonderful lady beautiful personality 😀😀😀😀. So I had a little problem and couldn't make it to the storage unit in time before closing today. Christine and Danny went out of their way to make sure my son got in the unit. They are the best 2 people I know always friendly and smiling. Always goes over and beyond for me I love their customer service they deserve 5000 stars!!!!!!!!!

I was in need of a storage unit and called Safeguard Self Srorage, after asking several questions decided they were perfect for my needs. When I arrived Christina promptly greeted me with total professionalism and a smile. Everything was thoroughly explained so no suprises down the road. It is a very clean and well secured facility.
