Westwood Heights Pet Hospital

Never seem to be accepting new pets. I guess it's good if you lived here forever, but if you've moved in the last year or so it seems they are permanently full and refusing any/all new pets. Never heard of this before in my life.

Dr Ochotsky is wonderful with my rats, even my grumpy senior rat. Cannot praise the staff here enough. I needed to get a compound done and one of the techs called around and found a pharmacy that was reasonably priced for me.

We have been taking our Pups here since day one. They have always treated our Dogs with the utmost care. Melissa (Dr. Ochotsky) is very compassionate and knowledgeable vet & person. The Staff are Great as Well!

Always friendly, staff is great, doctors are super informative and will give you as much time as you need, never seem to be in a rush. They also dont push procedures to be done which I'd experienced at another clinic. I think their prices are good too. Any vet in BC is pricey but they are less than others in the area. Bonus is they have dogs and cats that roam around the back area and they come to say hi when you check in. Makes a very fun and happy environment. More laid back for the pets too, which is most important!

Love this place! Mary & Melissa are both helpful, Melissa is always reasonable and knowledgable. The staff is friendly & welcoming. I work in the industry and have been to MANY vets through clients dogs and so many of them have fallen short in either care/compasion/knowledge/staff service. I will always bring my dogs here! Thanks!
