This is the best Veterinary Clinic. Been bring my Dog Sophie here for 5 years now since I first moved into the Port Moody area. I love Dr. Maja not only is she so nice she is so knowledgeable with Sophie's allergies and with very aspect of Veterinary care. Her staff are all so very caring and loving and understanding as well. I wouldn't bring Sophie anywhere else besides Healing Paws....So Thank You for always being wonderful!! I Highly recommend! =)

I love healing paws! I recently moved from Port Moody to West Vancouver and will continue to go to healing paws for all of my vet needs. The staff are amazing and so accommodating, they truly love what they do and care about their patients. I highly recommend even if you don't live in the area!

We've been taking our pets to Healing Paws for the last few years and their compassion and bedside manner is fantastic. Through difficult times with senior pets and fun times with our puppy, the staff has always made sure we're taken care of, going so far as to call and text days after appointments to make sure everything is ok. The pricing is always reasonable and the treatments fair with their best judgment, definitely not bottom line focused. We've recommended many fellow pet owners to take their pets to Healing Paws and even though we've moved 45 minutes away, we'll continue to bring our pets here.

Today was my second visit. I was quoted (from the doctor) $169 for a Thyriod test. When I got the bill for the test(after it was completed) it was actually $198.01 (apparently the doctor often misquotes I was later told) AND they charged $34.31 to draw the blood. While I was there they tried several times to get me to update her shots. They literally expired 3 days ago. I wanted to try some alternative therapy which is why I told them I was coming to see them. I made it really clear that I was totally happy with my current Vet and just wanted to explore some natural remedies. I feel like I just left a 90 minute timeshare seminar. Its a shame. Maybe they know their stuff but for me it is not worth the up selling and the pressure they put on you to book a follow up appointment before you leave. Just to be clear I am a pet owner that has spent $5000.00 on my dog in the last year for vet care. For me, the sky is the limited for my best friend. But it wasn't until today that I felt TOTALLY ripped off!

I highly recommend avoiding this place. The prices are exorbitant, the people that work here are rude and incompetent, and they will make decisions about treatment without consulting you and then charge you and arm and a leg for the privilege of their wisdom. Go just about anywhere else and you won't regret it.
