the Dr was nice but I felt pressured to have extra examinations when our cat hadn't responded to about 1/2 day of hydration and antibiotics. I declined and our cat recovered. Upon paying the bill, I was surprised with about a 25% surcharge. They said that the initial quote that had a total at the bottom, was labelled as a deposit. Not, the total payment.

I took my mini dachshund here in desperation as my usual vet said they were too busy! I was seen almost immediately without an appointment and my dog was treated gently and effectively for his severe ear infection. I will be coming here in future for all my vet needs - kind, gentle, I cannot thank them enough - the facility is clean and most importantly, my very difficult and snappy dog was surprisingly calm and behaved which is a testament to the staff.

Have had good experience vet is knowledgeable friendly and takes the time to explain diffrent options. The staff are very nice and compassionate very clean and nice office. Would highly recommened

Amazing place - I am so grateful!!!! Barged in the doors around 10pm Wed night, my 3lb Yorkie had serious bowel problem for 3-4 days. Accurately diagnosed Gastroenteritis and had blood work complete within 20 minutes. Gave me and my fur-baby the best care I could ask for, explained everything so well, really seemed to care about animals, cost $40 for emergency late night visit plus blood work. Outstanding! New vet for life!

We've been to this vet twice, and as convenient as it is, we won't be going back. The staff/vet techs are super friendly, engaging, and really seem to care. The vet, on the other hand, was surly and treated our dogs without care, respect, or patience. When we first rescued our dog, we took him there to get his nails cut because he resists so much. We explained that we couldn't cut them, for fear of hurting him, because he pulls and thrashes to get away from the clippers. After 5 minutes of wrestling, the vet burst out of the room, and said that we needed to put our dog under anesthesia, because he was 'so out of control'. He then went on to complain that our dog had scratched him, angrily pointing at a red mark on his arm. When we didn't want to put our dog under unnecessarily, the vet said that he wouldn't do it, and to go someplace else. I've taken that advice, and am happy to share it with any other animal lover.
