Westside Taco

Westside has amazing food! A creative menu and great presentation. I asked them to cater our 30 person wedding and it was a huge hit! My guests have been talking about it nonstop. A BIG thank you to Aaron who is very passionate and hands on with his job! Thank you Westside Taco Team!!

I was only in Redmond for the day, and wanted to eat the best food in town. I must have found it. These tacos and onion rings were out of this world. I got the Root Beer Carnitas, the Blueberry Brisket taco, the curry chicken, and the onion rings smothered in some kind of blueberry sauce. The first two were my favorite, recommended by the very kind woman in the food truck who helped me and remembered my name. If you have to pick one place to eat in Redmond, go here, sit one of their nice outdoor tables, and soak in the sun while enjoying the best tacos around. You will not regret it.

Phenomenal tacos! I had the root beer carnitas which were fantastic. Also the onion rings are to die for and their green sauce...SO GOOD. Haven't had good street tacos in awhile and these hit the spot. Plus the owners are so friendly and made sure we had a great meal. Thank you!

I've been here twice now tacos are excellent. Especially recommend the root beer carnitas. If you crave tacos with lots of meat these are for you. Tasty in-house made shells. Got in the car hungry with them was going to go buy something to drink first but once that smell hits you you got to get some bites in first

Aaron and Westide Taco.....F'ing LEGIT!!! Best damn tacos, Period. Don't care where you are from. The only thing better than the food which is damn near an impossible task is Aaron the owner and his staff. Phenomal food but even better people. Blueberry Brisket. There are no words to truly describe how good. The Al Pastor and Baja Fish were damn fine too. Without a doubt you will leave here with a full belly and taste buds filled with joy. Aaron you sir are THE Man!

Today was my first time trying Westside Taco and I’m blown away at how delicious the food was! Everything was fresh and great flavor. The service was also top notch! *edit* my husband and I have now been back several times and we are both OBSESSED!

Blueberry Brisket and Rootbeer Carnitas tacos were spectacular; the beer next door was impressive, as well!

Tried this place today and totally impressed. The staff made great recommendations on tacos to try. They also suggested I only get two because they were large tacos but I didn’t listen and got three. I tried the root beer carnita which was delightful and had a good portion of meat to other taco ratio. Also tried the spiciest of their tacos the blueberry biscuit which was a wonderful mix of spicy but not too spicy heat with the contrast of a sweet blueberry flavor. The meat was fine to perfection and had a nice smoky flavor. The third I tried was true barbecue chicken and this was a delightful thing. Had delicious crispy onions on top with a tapatio ketchup. Wonderful. The tortillas were also perfect in size, consistency and did not fall apart while eating. The vegetables were also fresh and crisp. A plus thank you! Will be back again soon.

They have the most amazing carnitas I've ever had in my life. And so different from traditional style carnitas! Great, friendly, quick staff! I can't wait to try the rest of the menu, though it's hard to stay away from those root beer carnitas after trying them Food: 5/5

My wife and I went to Westside Taco Co for the first time today and had an amazing experience! Amber and Aaron were incredibly hospitable and served up delicious food. We had 5 different tacos and all were amazing. Don't miss this place!
