This is a hip place for a beer and some food. Ample outdoor space located near downtown with fire pits and a great beer selection. Ciders and wine available also. Service was great with fast friendly help. Ample parking nearby and could walk to breweries too. Prices are as expected. Family and pet friendly is a plus.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Redmond has needed a place like GDW for years. Handily the coolest place in Redmond to get grub and grog. Food trucks, beer and wine with a personable staff who are both fun to look at and great to chat with. Happy faces say it all. For my visit, Fat Tuesday was lit! I hope to meet their chef one day because she banged out the best seafood boil this side of the Mississippi. Represented the Pacific Northwest in her nod to New Orleans. Fantastic!! My companion and I both wished we could have stayed longer.
They have many choices of beers and ciders on tap. My wife had a pineapple cider which good and tasty. I even liked it! The beers on tap were good and cold. I had #13 which is a wheat tasting beer. A pint of this and the food trucks in the square worked out to be a great combination. Come over and have some good tasting beer when you're in Redmond OR!
Awesome spot located in Redmond’s downtown area. We have been going here since they opened. They have TWO taphouses with multiple food carts and a kitchen in the Annex building. Very family friendly with lots of space for the kids to run around and play. One of our go to spots. Owners are super nice people. Especially Tanner, he always greets us and talks to us when we come in! I only wish they have more beer variety. Typically, it’s the same beers on tap from Goodlife, Sunriver, and Three Creeks. Would be really cool to see some of the other breweries in the area on tap and even some from outside of the area!
One of the best venues I've been to! Came down for the Seckond Chaynce show and this place is an entertainment experience unlike others. The staff is so welcoming and inviting and I HIGHLY recommend General Duffy's!! I will DEFINITELY be back!!!
Great atmosphere and food is over the top. Family friendly too. UPDATED Just stop by Taino food truck with my son to grab some homemade empanadas and wow they are rocking!!! Thanks General Duffy's for this great spot.
This place is amazing...it’s got something for everyone! Cornhole, giant connect four, and ladder golf that kids or adults can play, cold brew coffee on nitro, wine, beer, and a great selection of food trucks to eat at. Gorgeous on sunny days, and just as good when you need to sit inside. They’re also going to host a farmers market which is awesome! This is definitely one of my families favorite hangouts these days!
Last minute dinner plans turned into checking out the Curbside Bacon food truck at General Duffy’s. Went inside the Waterhole for a beer to wash the food down with and found a wide variety of beers on tap. It’s a nice new place to go in Redmond and enjoy food, beer and friends.
Unwelcoming vibes from a lot of staff and patrons tbh. Friendliness was not at top of the list but they had a busy, busy night. Didn’t feel welcome to order more than one drink and find a seat in the way back, to watch a favorite band. Band then heckled the crowd bc the crowd couldn’t seem to pick up the beat. Some of the crowd wasn’t very friendly either, had an overall low vibe and band fled the stage early after arriving late. Not enough chairs up close. Small front seating area overtaken by families at picnic tables. Band wanted crowd to rock out to their artsy ballads but had anyone proceeded to really get wild the 3-year-olds would’ve been trampled. Got screamed at just crossing the street after the event bc rednecks. Motorcycles revving engines in the middle of songs also led me to believe their parking setup isn’t great for concerts. Had a better time at a bigger stage there once, before the annex and parking spots were put in. Nice that they let families and dogs in. Maybe not what rock stars are accustomed to seeing. Guess I’m still sorting through being heckled by a favorite band lol Nice they don’t confiscate phones.
One of our favorite places to eat and enjoy an Excellent meal, good beer in a relaxing, friendly environment. **"That Guys" food cart has the absolute BEST 'Tri-tip Filly Fries" ever... Father & Son's owned and operated. Cannot recommend this place enough!! #10 out of a #10 every, single time!
