Explored Google Map to find a Chinese restaurant and found this food truck. Turned out what other reviews are saying are true and I'm glad I went here. The fried rice is so yummy. Generous chicken, veggies, and egg. I ordered level 3 hot, not too spicy IMO — but it's really tasty. Portion is big I had to share it with my partner. Would recommend to anyone who loves fried rice!!!

Love Sally's Wok! Fried Noodles with chicken, and the veggies in it is so good! The Bao buns pork or veggie are great all thd way through, with a VERY flavorful soy sauce. My favorite is the heart warming Miso Soup! Great ingredients, much love put into the food! Support amazing local people like this!! Update: Ogh! Her fried rice and noodles are so amazing! Over time I have learned that Sally is VERY passionate about her cooking and her food! She has an inspiring story of where she has come from. Support any amazing business like this & an amazing person! 2nd Update! Been have her noodles lately with chicken or pork and asking to heat up the spice level sometimes! This is my go to place in Central oregon for Asain food! Yummy yumm! Sally puts extra effort into the quality & methods of cooking, this is heart and soul, and you can tell because her food is so good!

I personally was very surprised by the high ratings of this place. My husband and I ate there a few days ago and were extremely disappointed. The employee was very nice but both of our dishes, stir fry noodle but different types, had a strong sour taste to them. Maybe I am spoiled by our two excellent Thai places that are near my home but I would say it's a waste of money.

Food always great, and this week I stopped by and was treated to a dish Sally made for her and the staff to eat for lunch. She was happy to share and it was amazing. Was chatting with them this week and it was good to hear that they make regular trips to Portland for all the freshest and most authentic ingredients.

We love Sally’s. The food will be the most amazing fresh Chinese food you have ever had. Sally is so sweet too. Every thing is cooked fresh to order. The vegetables are still fresh and amazing too. Best Chinese 10/10. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten-free options for everyone!

I wasn't planning on going to Sally's but ended up there and don't regret it at all. I've been lucky enough to travel a fair bit and Sally's is one of the few places in the U.S. with fried rice reminds me of anything in Asia. Everything we got was delicious and much better than your average Chinese takeout. She's looking for someone to teach how to make bao so she can serve them again. I didn't get a chance to try them so get a job with her and learn something cool so I can eat.

The fried noodles are amazing, really good flavor and the medium spicy level is perfect. The kimchi is some of the best I've ever had. Will eat here again.

I love Chinese and eat a lot of it so I was looking forward to trying this place. Food portions are large and fresh tasting. But they are way too heavy handed with the Chinese 5 spice. Pretty much all I could taste was cinnamon. Will not be back.
