Worst local business ever! I requested to rent chair covers for a wedding and then realized I did not need them. I phoned within 4 hours to cancel my booking (there is no way in 4 hours they would lose out on other customers) they sited staff time as the reason they will still be charging a deposit. I run a small business that requires us to provide quotes to clients. We do not charge for this service as it is the cost of doing business. you would be paying staff hours to staff your front entrance whether or not they completed paperwork. Don't rent your wedding items buy them online or support other rental companies that have compassion and understanding to a situation. Pure greed to not allow for a cancellation. Also the contract said I was able to change my order within three days however their contract contradicts itself if you read it further and does not allow for these changes without a 30% charge. I am now paying over $50 for nothing. I have never been so unsatisfied with a local business. I make a point of only supporting local businesses and have done so in every aspect of my wedding however I will be looking to rental companies in other towns for future needs. I highly recommend not dealing with this company.

Westminster Party Rentals was recommended to us by our wedding venue. They were very communicative, patient, and quick to update any changes we wanted to make to our items to rent. They were very easy to work with, their products were exactly as expected, and their staff were all very friendly. Would highly recommend!

my wife and I used Westminster Party Rentals when we got married a couple months ago and they were wonderful. very professional and helpful and everything went as smooth as I could have asked for. great job.

Completely shocked by the recent negative reviews to WPR! I have had a great experience renting from them on multiple occasions. All my equipment comes clean and well organized. Plus the outdoor crew has been nothing but friendly. The staff has been very courteous and helpful, and honestly, my go to place in town for my events. Please, please, don't let these negative reviews cloud your judgement. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
