Many of the aisles in this store are way to narrow.  It seems cluttered and disorganized  The man in reason for the low rating is due to the manager. I was in the store on 6/10 around 10 pm. I was in the check out lane. The manager came over to watch self checkout. He proceeds to strike up a conversation with me. He started to complain that he was sick. Yes, he said without a mask on his face. That he was sick!  I asked him why did he come to work sick. He then told me he was the manager. He had to come in.  Please avoid this store!  The man wasn't even wearing a mask. He said he had a cough . He's taking cough syrup and a few other things.  Ralph's isn't  concerned about the health of you or it's employees.  Shop at your own risk.

Unfortunately, the employees at this particular Ralph's have been learning about customer service by example. This  store is big, nice, I would almost say upscale store. I understand that they have the usual stealing from. Here in America and in the entire world stealing is a fact and that is that . But at this Ralph's EVERY SINGLE customer is treated like a thief. I try not to shop at this store, is my money and I have the choice where to spend it. And I will spend it at a place where not only my essentials are met, but where I will have a decent customer service experience and not treated like a thief just because out of 100 times shopping here today I'm happening to be short 25 cents! Avoid this store if possible. I know that is extremely difficult since convenience and the open late schedule are right there.... Still this Ralph's and the Ralph's on Euclid and Chapman are not guest service oriented. It just reflects the example from higher positions in the store, the managers set this example and employees just follow....

All Ralph's that I've ever been to are kept clean and the variety is impressive the only goof they ever done was buy five of the same item in order to save I mean five? Whose bright idea was that anyways the store is high quality and all of them have good staff for years I've been going to different locations and was not disappointed

If I could give a negative review I would.. I order my daughters cake on March 18 four days before her birthday at ralphs.. on the day of my daughter's birthday I went to pick up the cake but apparently the bakers didn't bake my daughter's cake.. called the Manger no apology nor did she solve the issue.. had to drive to another store to find an berries cake.. worst customer service

Was at this location and they are SELLING STOLEN GIFT CARDS. then when brought back to return or fix problem. Checker Katheryn and MANGER Daniel said they can’t, are not , and won’t compensate. When told to call number and that didn’t work they still said no. Um excuse me Ralph’s u are responsible for backing up ur product. If it’s a scam u deal with ur distributor. Not the consumer. Absolutely terrible customer service and ability or want to help.     Terrible terrible terrible.

This location needs MAJOR sanitary and remodeling services immediately. Nothing is ever really clean in this location and the smell is absolutely horrible. I’ve even been in the store trying to use the store’s restroom and the employees that work there told me not to go in due to how nasty it was! Not a place people would want to get groceries if they had another choice

This is such an awful store to go to the customer service is so bad. I grocery shopped there for 2 years every time I came home I was upset. I started going to stater Brothers 2 months ago it's like night and day between Ralph's and stater Brothers. Stater Brothers has the best customer service they have people to bag your groceries. Stater Brothers can get my $200 a week

Racist cashier lady thought my 100 was fake but took the lady's two people in front of me without hardly looking at it. Then wouldn't even reply when I asked what happened etc.

I was looking around to see what else to take a picture of to post and a young man working there asked if I needed help.  I could not remember the last time someone had picked up on me looking for something and offered to help. Thank you so much for being so helpful. I wish I would have asked for his name.

This location is always clean fully stocked and the people who work here are always nice. JT and his coworkers were on duty on my last visit - helpful and easy transaction.
