Thorough in letting me know what was needed and delivered on everything we spoke about. Vehicle was as promised and excellent condition. Could not have asked for more. Hired a stunning little fiat 500 for a week, didn't want to take it back. Easy and quick booking, pick up and drop off, staff are lovely and I'd be very very surprised to find another car hire with cheaper rates. If needed will definitely use again.

I rented a car from here last October - and oh my god it was the best service from start to finish! They dropped the car to me for a teeny tiny minimal fee which honestly makes such a difference. They had it to me within about an hour of phoning them so brilliant for a last minute job. I extended it over the phone and kept for an extra day with no hassle, and even when I did eventually drop it back they would have picked it up just for different opening hours, they offered to drive me to the nearest bus stop! Honestly, the best service, so thrilled to have found them and will be using them EVERY time I rent a car in the future

I requested a refund for a van that was not taken , and a full refund was given with no argument which I did not expect without any hassel , well practical did a full refund which I appreciated, and would say that they are a honourable company to deal with , and would and will return , Robin James
