Was driving by Penticton for a 1500 miles road trip through Canada and US. My tires were almost done... Morning before leaving, I decided to change them all Quattro for savety sake. Showed up at Larsen's place at 9am, no appointment unfortunately. They had new tires in stock and managed to take me right away, squeezing me among other appointments. It was great, they saved my day, my trip and my tight schedule by accommodating to my situation for a fair market price! Highly appreciated that! Within the next 90 minutes end-to-end, I was back on the road heading to my next stop. Thanks folks! Great service!!!

Amazing service.  Honest, dedicated and friendly staff always have your best interests at heart. Been dealing with Larsen's for about 10 years and they are my go to for tires and any mechanical repairs.

Larsen is our go to for tires and mechanical work. They have been the most reasonable quote for us multiple of times. They are prompt, and honest and always deliver what they promise . We will continue to use them for most if not all vehicle needs.

Larsen’s tire has the best “Tire Balance Machine” in town. I had my tires done a few times at different shops and the “Wheel hop” was never eliminated. With Larsen’d doing the job, the problem was instantly eliminated. I will only deal with them from now on

I've been going to this store for numerous years. they know me so well that a few of the workers know my voice when I call. I get numerous tires done every year, helping out my my family and my own for my truck to get good tires.  the mechanic work that we get done here are pretty good as well. when we dont actually do the work ourselves we will travel all the way to penticton to get the work done from this shop.  always very competitive with their prices and phenomenal customer service. being a vehicle owner and a person that relies on their truck to get them home from the bush everyday for work and being on the road everyday makes them depend heavily on their vehicle. these front counter workers are very knowledgeable of the products they sell. so I'm very comfortable and confident in this team at larsens trail tire centre with my vehicles both mechanical service and purchasing tires.  way' ixi

Help us out big time. My family and I arrived there from Vancouver and almost at closing time they fit us in and had our flat tire fixed in no time.  Awesome customer service. Proof is in the almost 300 5 star reviews.

Larsen’s are always accommodating and prompt. I have reviewed this place before and have been  there several times since. Still as good as ever. They go above and beyond every time. Prices are good too.  Oil change there significantly less expensive than at the dealers

Helped me just before closing on a Friday afternoon. Had a slow leak after driving up for a vacation and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Definitely 5 star service.
