Lynn was wonderful with my friend and I! She went to the trouble of sorting out ICBC discounts for both of us, making an automobile transfer easy, and they even have tools in office to put license plates on the car! She went above and beyond staying past her shift ending, found me an iphone charger so I could email her previous insurance history and was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She is my new insurance advisor that's for sure!

My experiences with Tara Davies and Lynn Michalezki are always exceptional. They both go above and beyond with their service. Most recently, Lynn stayed over an hour passed when she was due to be off work to help tie up a confusing issue with ICBC rather than passing it off to another co-worker so that she could go home for the day. Thank you Lynn!!! I will drive from anywhere in Kelowna to see these ladies at Westland.

I was in a bit of a hurry and needed some specialized insurance. I dealt with Adele Eve, and she was great. I got the insurance that I was looking for, and the process was quick and pretty easy. Adele worked with me and what I needed, and the issues were resolved in under 24 hours, at a price that I was very happy with. Adele was very courteous and professional, and I would recommend her and the company to anyone.

Melissa at Westland insurance did a phenomenal job on our home insurance. She was able to get us insured on the fly due to some confusion with our mortgage broker. Her patience and understanding with me was outstanding. Normally, a home like ours takes a little longer to insure, but as I've said, she was able to get it done in a day (we were taking possession the following day!) Thank you so much, Melissa! You're more then awesome!! You went above and beyond for us and words cannot convey how appreciative we are! This 5 stars is definitely earned and deserved!! Would recommend.
