I'm so unhappy with how my painted cupboards are holding up. They are nice enough people but will not stand by their product. This picture shows the cupboard after being touched up, their suggestion to make the cupboards look better. I asked them to please at least tell homeowners about how painted cupboards are not a good option anywhere that has water, kitchen, bathrooms... I have been really careful to wipe these quickly anyone water gets on them which is so annoying since they are right next to the dishwasher. We went with Western Idaho because we felt we'd be getting higher quality than buying the from a chain and because I love to support local businesses. I have beautiful pine cupboards they made and that are holding up beautifully. If a salesperson would have said "hey, those painted cupboards are cool but they look junky in a year" I would have listened! The only option I have been given is to replace the doors. We were told the paint was automotive paint, you can take a car through the carwash....

Our white cabinets are chipping and have never been perfect (lots of paint defects). We have lived in our house less than a year. Our master bathroom is the worst. NEVER get white from this company, they WILL not stand behind them. We built with Berkeley. Neither will listen to our concerns about the white cabinetry. The stained cabinets look really good.

Fantastic cabinet maker, as a member of the cabinet industry I can assure you these guys use some of the highest quality products available. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing things right is why they are one of the best. They are leaders in cabinet manufacturing. Wouldn't hesitate to have them do my dream kitchen.

I was looking for some scrap lumber to buy and the salesman wouldn't even look in the warehouse. He did offer to sell a full sheet when all I needed was 35 inches. This is the second time I've been in this store and both times have been treated badly. I won't ever go back nor would I recommend anyone else.
