Wayne was very helpful and polite, i had a clicking noise which turned out to be only loose converter bolts, they fit me in and got it done. I would highly recommend Wayne's shop and his techs to anyone. Service was on time, on budget, and high quality. Go local, don't waste your time on National Chains who will overcharge you and only do average quality work. A big 'thank you' from me.

My car was having transmission issues and my mechanic gave me Wayne's phone number as he doesn't do transmissions. He told me Wayne's was the only shop he would trust with his cars. I stopped in one afternoon and explained to him what my car was doing intermittently and was starting to happen with more frequency. I suspected it was some kind of computer sensor. Of course the car wouldn't misbehave when he test drove it. My car is a 2004 Chrysler Concorde with almost 235,000 miles on it. This is the original transmission. Wayne said it could be a selnoid that controls the computer shifting, and if it was starting to fail, it could at random times throw the transmission into 3rd gear, a "safely" feature. However, because of the number of miles on the vehicle, was honest and said that the transmission could be failing. I explained I'm needing to keep this car running until fall when I'm buying a new one. However, I did not want to put a lot of money into it due to the high miles. He said that he could get a solenoid and when they dropped the transmission to install it, they would drain the transmission fluid and check it for metal particles, which would indicate that the transmission was failing. If there was metal, he would not repair it, that it had too many miles on it to justify a large transmission repair/replacement. He could have installed the part and then if it still had issues, just tell me sorry.. that's the risk you took... but he didn't, he checked for metal particles, found none and installed the new solenoid. He even gave me a discount for being a new customer. I was treated with respect, honesty and they were very efficient in getting the repairs done and getting me on the road again. There have been times in my 55 years where I have been spoken to in a condescending manner, they have quoted me over inflated costs., treated me like they thought I was a "dumb female". Having grown up with a mechanic father who was deaf, I was his ears and listened to cars at a young age for him, trying to help him determine what was wrong. Therefore I know more than many men. I just don't choose to do my own repairs any longer. Thank you Wayne for your professional and courteous service!

Emailed ahead of time requesting a quote for a repair and was quoted 695. Called about a month later to schedule getting my truck in and was advised to drop it off on a Wednesday. Repair was complete the following day and they hit the quoted price on the head. Fantastic repair shop and the price is less or comparable to other shops. Highly recommended.
