Gone there a few times and just have not had the best of experience. Went today and asked for a large blended coffee with no whip she hands me a medium. I paid $8.50 for this drink to make sure the girls had a tip, thinking it was a large. She just goes o sorry I thought you said medium so that's what I charged you for. Even tho she asked me the size and repeated it back. She says she can fix it but wanted to charge my card more. I said no just give me the drink, she said ok sorry have a nice day. She should have just made me a new drink absolutely horrible customer service.

I always love Dutch Bros. They have amazing coffee and flavors. My son loves it too and the baristas always engage with him. They also always treat my pup when she's riding with me. They are upbeat and fun to chat with.

Upsets me quite a bit that I had to change my 5 star review to a 2 star. I absolutely love this location still, but the experience I had tonight needs to be resolved. I ordered two Not-So-Hot Chololates which are $1.75 each - totaling $2.50. I also got a medium rebel and medium smoothie - $5 each. I used my stamp card which had one free. My total should've been $7.50, but I was charged $15. When I tried to call the location and the home office, there was no answer. I just don't understand how you could get double what it should've been as well as over what it would've been without the free Dutch. I hope this gets resolved 😕

Best dirty chai I can find. Oregon chai and a good blend of sold espresso. Love the place.
