Westchester Vacuums

I highly recommend Westchester Vacuums for central vac service. They were responsive, quick to schedule an appointment, super thorough, and efficient. Most of all, Billy was a genuinely nice person who took the time to figure out exactly what the problem was when others have told me it could not be fixed. I will not hesitate to call them for future vacuum needs.

Went to Westchester Vacuum today, Billy was amazing! He did a check for me on a brand of vacuum that the store didn't even sell. He found the problem and resolved it in minutes. He didn't charge us anything! Great courtesy. Could not have been nicer. I will be back the next time I need to buy a vacuum or if I need a repair.

If you are looking for honesty, and people who go above and beyond to service you... you will find that at Westchester Vacuums. Billy and Elizabeth are absolutely wonderful people and are all about consumer happiness. I stumbled upon this store, rented a carpet cleaner... explained my situation about how my new addition to my family (puppy) has been leaving her mark just about everywhere... so I tried a carpet cleaner specifically for pets that helps eliminate them marking again. I will be back to buy all of these products from them as well as a vacuum. The rental was amazing and did wonders for my carpets as far as really deep cleaning!!! I returned the machine and bought products today, they also have a special brand from Paris of diffusers and it elimates odor and bacteria. Amazing! Super excited about my new place to stop on the weekends, could always use something to make my life easier when it comes to cleaning and upkeeping my home!
