Seriously slow service,nThe wood is crap, all damaged and bent, especially when you're returning stuff.nThey don't care how long you wait.nLooks like they have one person working the whole yard, which is ridiculous.
Great staff and very helpful....the coffee machine is awesome!
They are selling very poor quality lumber. 1/2 inch 4x8 OSB sheet is not 1/2 inch, it’s 7/16 that is 0.43. Sheet is not worth more than 6-bucks each but they are charging more than double. Mail is passing through the sheet. I am sure other framers also going through same issue.nI have used same sheets from other lumber shops and those are much stronger.nSee sample in picsnBlue sheet from GriffnGreen sheet is from another lumber shopnBy looking at the pic you can tell blue sheet is thinner than green sheet.
Only took them 8 minutes to have my order ready from an online purchase. I'm impressed.
