They were understaffed today Saturday at 730pm. Jenn the Manager was so polite and handled the chaos so so well! Hats off to you, my lady! Great job! We were even comped a drink for being patient. ATTENTION WENDY'S CORP! This is the type of individual you want working for you! Please reward her! She's worth it!

Prompt and courteous service. Food was great. Grandson was along. He was whining about going to McDs for chicken nuggets. We told them they were better at Wendy's. Well he ate his kids meal of 4 nuggets and ate 5 of my order of 6. Staff seemed more prepared today. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thank You, Pat

Only people inside, waited 10 plus minutes before we were even acknowledge. Manager was on phone, she should have been helping. One guy taking drive thru orders had to wait until manager figured out he needed help. Other employees there just standing around doing nothing. Very bad service, worse management.

Great senior deal with the drinks free. Food is quality. Salads are wonderful

Okay bathrooms. Cheeseburger was slightly dry and possibly overcooked. Really wasn't all that memorable...didn't care for the experience.
