Fast food restaurant. Stopped by on lunch. Food was good and prepared quickly. Hot lunch on a cold day to lift the spirits!

Terrible me customer service. Went 9 at night they weren't busy at all the girl who took our order wasn't rude but she wasn't polite either. We ordered two combos they forgot our drinks we were waiting at the window still and the girl completely ignored us until another employee walked up. Should have realised they would mess up more. We got home and neither of us for fries. Really irritated at the service and the food. Definitely would not recommend this location.

If you're in the Spenard area this is the only Wendy's near you. The food tastes great, but I have two suggestions that will make your visit even better. 1. Avoid the shift change time between 5-6 PM. If the night shift employees are not on time then you'll have a 5 minute wait until an employee takes your order and a 15 minute wait to get your food. During the shift change the manager is doing inventory, so this also slows things down. 2. Use the Drive Thru. The Drive Thru is the priority over dine-in guests. I noticed one employee had his music playing through his earphones while making the food and packaging it. In my opinion this was the slowest service of all Wendy's restaurants in Anchorage, but the food tasted great.

I like it, the old setting is cool, & I don't have to watch Trump TV with my meal.
