Travel back to the 50’s at our retro diner offering classic American comfort food. Our personable customer service and great food will remind you of an era that has been gone far too long, but is never forgotten at City Diner!

Our breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are served from open to close, seven days a week, and have something to satisfy everyone’s appetite. Customer’s especially love our homemade Reuben sandwich, Snowsburger and loaded mac and cheese. City Dinner has a lot off really good qualities so I'm going to try and organize this as best as I can. Appearance: It's got a really good classic diner feel, with the music to match. It's clean and free off dirt the multiple times I've been there and the only time I've ever seen an issue was one time someone shot out one of their windows, but the dining area was clean of any safety hazards before they opened to the public. Service: The service is actually really nice with the staff making you feel like a part of a family, and being really courteous and attentive. I've never had a cup go empty personally, and they pay attention very well. Food options: For what it is, they have a pretty good selection of food, ranging from burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items. They don't really branch out, and there's not a lot of variety of food but I think that suits them. They don't pretend to be something they're not, which helps them keep a good customer base. They do have a liquor license, and sells a variety of beers and wine, which is nice sometimes to gave a drink with a meal. Experience: I've been there give or take 10 times or so, and I've enjoyed myself each time. Definitely going to be a repeat customer, and it's a great option for a quick bite or an extended lunch. 4/5 only because the food options while great in their area of expertise, is pretty limited

I️ loved it here!!! We were visiting anchorage AK and although the hours of the diner aren’t ideal we came around 1 pm before they close at 3 Pm. The food was delicious, milkshakes were awesome, waitress and staff were friendly! I’d definitely come back again!

REAL corned beef and hash and the best bloody Mary's EVER! Also on my birthday I had the crab cake Benedict and it was fantastic! Best birthday breakfast ever.

It had Diner Food and a Diner Experience... Waitress could have been a little more friendly and attentive... But it was moderately busy, so I brushed that aside.
