It's rare that I leave a critical feedback, but this one is deserved. We went through the drive through as usual, (it's been a while since we've seen the menu), so we asked for a minute as they were serving the guest ahead of us. They came back on and asked what we wanted, so we asked for just another moment, the attendant retorted in a sort of quip "we are open until 11:00, you can always come in if you need to look at the menu" (this is LITERALLY coming from a talking menu). Rushed, we went ahead and ordered a typical meal, after clarifying the order several times with the attendant who was talking to her coworkers in the background assumingly got the order right, we went up to the window to collect our goods. We paid, the server tossed the food onto our laps, and said 'thanks' without even looking our way. Half way home- (as many previous reviewers have commented), they missed a poutine we had ordered, PLUS THEY GAVE NO RECIEPT-(which is illegal, by the way). The cashiers are obviously demoralized, but in all honesty, they ought to retrain, or replace their service staff. We were polite, so it was unwarranted, and frankly unforgiveable. The only saving grace was the food. It's always great, and it's why we like the brand, and if they messed that up, I'd be very concerned. To the manager (if they check this): I would speak with your team more closely about this, and their service standards.

It's really annoying. The staff never gets my order right. EVERY time I go they forget something or give me the wrong thing. And it's not little things either. They forget burgers, salads, and potatoes - sometimes more than one in the same order!!I shouldn't have to completely empty all the bags for my families order just to make sure they are doing their job!! I'm tired of someone in my family not getting a meal or having to make it themselves at home. And ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN PEOPLE CALL!!

Used to eat from here back in early 2000's and it was great. Now that I am back in the area, I visited this location twice and could not order because the place smells so bad that I basically ran out.

Never had a problem with the food quality. I enjoy going to this location. However, the drive through manager needs to train their staff better. The last 5/6 times we've been there we're missing items from our order. Thankfully I check before we head off but it still means pulling around and going in to get the rest of the order, while the stuff you already have is cooling off. So, good location, food is well prepared, but if you hit up the drive through, check your order before you drive down the road.

Nice setting, especially when sunny. Fast food as in any other place.
