Number One Chinese Take Out

I don't usually write reviews but the last two times that I had ordered from this take out...I had ordered twice the sesame shrimp and broccoli and twice the order was not correct. Thought the first time, it was an accident but the second time I called and the woman who answered the phone hung up once I voiced my complaint. Unacceptable and truly unprofessional. Will NEVER EVER call this place again. Had ordered from this place frequently in the past....am wondering whether this business has been bought over. Very disappointing!!!!

Food was good, except I had to wait 2 hours for it and it was somewhat cold when I did get it. The delivery guy claimed it was a busy night. When I called the store, she said they were just making it but than changed to he was almost there,

Been ordering here for a few years ..yesterday's quality of food was unacceptable. ..they just lost a customer .They use to make fresh quality food. .The food they sent out yesterday had been refried several times ..dry and tasteless . We will be looking for a restaurant that takes pride in the quality of food they sell.

Ordered in last year and now go in person because I can't wait!!!!! Why did I wait so long to try this place?!?!! This is a FAMILY RUN business a rare thing these days and you can also tell they care about you the food they make and their business. True a fix up may be an idea but it's takeout people and besides the vibe is refreshing. Plus a fix up is a shutdown and that place is too busy to have that happen. Miss out on their food? The customers wouldn't stand for it!!!! Please support them. Your tastebuds will thank you!

Food quality here is okay but the service (especially on delivery is terrible). Called in a small order tonight, specified debit only. Hour later guy calls me to tell me he's here so i come to wait at the front of my building while he sits in his car. Got to the door, gives me the food and turns on his debit machine. It isnt charged. He tells me I have to give the food back and he wont be returning. I call the resteraunt to see what the heck went on, they say they'll call back once its figured out. Driver calls me back from the restaursnt and says it happens and hangs up. Not once through the experience was so much as an apology offered. Im not the pickiest person in the world but this interaction ruined my evening and my business with this restaurant.
