Came here at 11:30am on a Saturday morning. The food was fast, hot and good. But...when I walked in the restaurant smelled like urine. The bathroom needed a good cleaning and the guy that took my order probably should not be their face of customer service. I said "hello" and he said nothing, he just rang up my order and took my money. I said "thank you" and again...nothing! Just a blank stare, no smile. If fast food workers think they deserve $15 an hour they need to learn some decent social skills.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food here, particularly because it is fast food. Nonetheless the chicken sandwich I had was very good and very fresh.

The chili good. Frosty good the double Dave was uneatable because of salt. Went back and asked if they added salt and response was we always salt the grill. And they left my frosty off my order. When I asked her for it she said I gave it to you. She finally recanted and gave me my frosty. Three items on my order and they got one right. Bad never returns.

Went to this store today to get lunch. I ordered two burgers and fries. My order came and there was only one burger. When I was finally able to get someone to pay attention. I told them I ordered two burgers which they informed me I only ordered one. Ok, fine. The manager makes me go get in the back of the line and wait to order my second burger. This time the kid rang me for two burgers! So now I have three burgers. The manager never apologized for the two wrong orders and made me stand there while he made other people's food. Finally got around to refunding my card and I told him to refund it all. I was leaving. I still never once got an apology or acknowledgement that they kept screwing up. I will never ever go back to this store again. Awful customer service!
