Buffalo Wild Wings

Typically understaffed, and an experienced wait staff. They do try and there are times I have really good service. Chicken is ok, my daughter loves it though... so we go sometimes but they're not my favorite. Even with a good server often times it takes more than 15 minutes to get our food.

I went here with my family. I simply asked for a booth only 4 people with a high chair and the young lady said no and went on and explained why which i didn't understand still why we couldn't get a booth. So I kind of just said forget it we will sit at a table. And as we were being seated by the gentleman my 10 year old daughter heard her say " is it that serious i will get the booth " and my daughter let me know what she said so I complained yes I did. I work in a restaurant with food and people and I've never gave my customers a problem. I understand the job can be a little overwhelming but i didn't make it overwhelming we just wanted to be seated in a booth. Otherwise the server was great and the manager was apologetic about the whole situation. Haven't ate yet to know how the food was but overall I just prefer a better attitude next time. Im normally not the one to complain.

Have only done take out and delivery. Food has been food and the kids have enjoyed ordering from here. Wait time has been about average for either. Would order from here again. Based on other recommendations I probably won't come here for a sit down meal.

Our party got to the restaurant at 6:00. Our food arrived at 7:20. The servers were very nice but this is not a good dining experience. My Caesar salad, served in a plastic bowl with greasy fingerprints on it, was utterly unremarkable. Very slimy and unappetizing. It’s amateur hour - this is a management issue, I would think, because the servers were friendly and seemed to be working hard.

Food was fine but not awesome. Slow service. It smelled rancid by the server drink station like it's not getting cleaned well.
