The food was as great as expected here, not bad at all, but 5 stars goes to the nice women who work here. Friendly and courteous. Thank you!

Good food but the store looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. Will not eat there again.

I normally love KFC. But this one was so gross. The food was good, but yhe floors were so dirty. It was like someone coated them in a thin layer of butter. There was food all over the booths, napkins everywhere. One of the table top didn't fit even remotely, it looked like they took the top of a much smaller table and just slapped it in the larger. And the bathroom was gross, and the cleaning products they used outside(even though it was not clean at all) smelled so bad it gave my dad and I a massive headache. Will not be coming back to this one

The Vadnais Heights location is awful. We have been there 3 times in past couple months and every time they mess up our order, missing food and have to go back. This happened today again and when we called and spoke with the Manager Sally, she was very unprofessional and asked why we keep coming there if it happens. The staff is not knowledgeable of their products and have poor customer service skills. Unfortunately, this is the closest to our home but will not be going back and will be calling their corporate office on Monday. Recommend going somewhere else!
