I went as I was given a gift certificate and it was about to expire. I had never been to Panera before, and decided to go with a basic sandwich and chips. My sandwich was misplaced for a few minutes at the drive thru window, when I was actually inside waiting for pick up, but they finally found it and handed it off to me. The wait was very long, longer than I had anticipated. For my individual order, I was there for about 45 minutes, start to finish. It was very crowded. I would recommend making your order in advance for pick up or face a bit of a wait. There is more variety than you can get at a Subway, but it is also a bit more on the costly side.

Large Orders NEVER ready on time!!! I rarely complain anywhere, but I order a lot of boxed lunches for work. I find that this location just can't seem to consistently receive your order number one and number two if they do it's never ready on time. I ordered from there multiple times (probably 6-8 times in 6 months in 2017) and I have to say I think my order was actually ready, maybe twice. Two of times they never checked the computer so my order wasn't even started when my pick up time was scheduled. I took a long break from this location until last week when I gave them another shot and sure enough my order was 15 minutes behind making me late to my Lunch Presentation to my customers. $170.XX Order!! The manager couldn't have been less interested in my experiences and barely said sorry. She blamed the Company on "when they get the tickets off the computer and that they have no way of changing it." Her lack of acknowledgement of the situation and my experience at HER store was actually really sad. I get people are going to complain and that's annoying, but I honestly did it in a very professional and respectful way and her response seemed in-genuine and that she couldn't wait for me to quit talking. I told her that HER store is worse than other locations as I order all over the Twin Cities and I would NOT be back. This really is unfortunate as I love the Panera product and that location is on my way to various customers I call on. Lose, lose for both sides!

Such weird food! Maybe I'm not hip to all these strange sauces people are putting on sandwiches now but I wasn't a fan. Still great broccoli cheese soup!

Very cozy environment. Quality, healthy food served fairly quick and for a very reasonable price!

Great selection of salads, soups, and sandwiches. They added a drive-through in recent years, which is great!
