This place is terrible. The heat was out and the good was mediocre at best. The counter lady is not at all friendly.

Very slow service, and confusion at the register. Three ladies in front of me with incomplete orders and waiting, then a lady came from the parking lot because her order was messed up. Finally the lady in front of me with the child gave up and walked out, while the guy at the register was trying to put the ladys orders together, and i was on hold again. 15 minute wait before i got to the counter. I thought the ladies in front were never going to move. Immediatly started to complain when i got to the counter(nicely) and walked out with a free lemonade, and got to voice my complaint for everyone to hear. Wendys management needs to step it up with their service, because i am paying for fast food, and not slow service !

Poor customer service! NOT frirndly at all!!! Cold cold good and can't seem to get order right...won't be back !
