Good food and service was excellent. We ordered the chips thinking they were still a part of the chilis rewards but it has changed and is no longer free with just the rewards. There was plenty of food leftover for 2 people so price of around $50 was reasonable. The staff though really makes this place shine.
Austin is an amazing waiter. He is attentive, funny, kind, and has a get memory. When it's super busy he always remains calm and provides great service. No matter what he makes sure our meal is perfect.nnHe is my mother's favorite waiter and we now come to Chili's and ask for Austin every time. He is the reason my mother is a regular at Chili's.nnThank you Austin for all that you do.
I believe our server’s name was Austin, with the lighter hair and ear piercings, but he is phenomenal every time me and my boyfriend have him. He stays attentive even when it gets busy, and it gets really busy! We had him tonight on Veterans Day and we loved having him as our server!
When we got there it was super busy which we love to see. We had a little wait to be seated no big deal. Got sat by a super nice host in Austin’s section. Austin was great! Even though he was busy he still took the time to chat with us. We had other servers drop off drinks and apps, great team work!nThank you Austin for the great service and everyone else for the great food and team work!
Food was tasty.nMolten cake was such a disappointment it tasted like stale cake that was heated alot in the microwave. It was burning hot and so so dry!nnOtherwise our lunch was very pleasant, servers were attentive. Our server was a bit moody, but he softened over time. I will come back for other items but not the cake!
