Ive been coming here for years and have always ordered over phone and the foods good but this time i decided to dine in and everything went well until my order came out wrong, asked for pork got chicken, when I told them about the mix up I was told I ordered wrong and that I said I ordered chicken and that It was my fault for ordering wrong . When my friend tried to tell her I ordered pork since everyone at the table heard me say pork she insisted I was wrong and did nothing to correct it and then started laughing saying it's okay people order wrong all the time. Extremely poor customer service.

Today i decided to give this place another shot after i had already got food poisoning here once before. What a mistake that was! Rice is bland, beef tastes like a frozen tv dinner, egg roll no flavor except the taste of grease. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Only thing enjoyable was the wonton soup

New owners food isnt as good and they were not interested in making the error they made correct!!!! Ive been ordering the same thing for YEARS in several states and it's the same concept!!!! In fact I ordered the same meal from here about a month ago and today you all used the wrong sauce! I wasn't upset I just wanted it corrected!!! They put the cook on the phone who insisted he made the meal correct!!! NOT at all interested in listening to your customer!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE DETERMINES WHETHER OR NOT I COME BACK 😐😞 I THINK WE'RE GONNA TRY SOMETHING DIFFERENT!! GOOD BYE NEW CHINA IT'S BEEN A GREAT 20YRS

Food was horrible and bland. Egg roll was nasty. I would give you no stars if I could. Blah. Never EVER again.

Great. ... 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐5... I have been eating out in Saginaw for a week now.....This may be the best plate of food yet.....will add more...after work
