Paid $ 15.00 for Asiago Chicken combo...they gave me a kids cup and the chicken was frozen inside/hard tasted like cold rubber. I called to tell them and they didnt care nor remember me despite me just standing in front of the counter...never again. Gross. They will reply to review saying please call us...well I did and you didnt care. I agree with the other reviewers, they are very greedy with toppings and portions. I should have received a regular sized cup drink and the fries should be medium, not small. That's why it's called a combo. The owner is obviously cutting corners and making profits thinking us customers wont catch on. McDonalds is better quality for dollar. Never again with this location.
The staff are extremely polite and very quick. I got the son of the baconator. There was one piece of bacon one it and it was so overcooked it hurt my teeth. The food is usually pretty good, although I rarely go out to eat, the kids are normally satisfied.
Burgers are always old and stale, never fresh.nnEven specifically requesting a fresh burger politely you still end up with an old stale burger.nnAlways fresh is never a thing at this location and management could care less.
They are very greedy when it comes to servings. My medium strawberry lemonade was FULL to the BRIM with ice. It was probably less than a quarter of the cup without ice full. They also always forget a lot of things at the drive thru.
