Visit January 29, 2025. Parking, drive through and mobility impaired accessible. Visit during the expected lunch time rush. Busy with a short wait. Limited seating and parking compared to other McDonald's locations. Food satisfactory as expected. Must be 'buzzed in' to use washrooms. Staff were professional, friendly.
Please have staff that can pack order correctly and do it in a reasonable time.nI waited at the store with 4 drivers who were supposed to pick up their order at 6:53 and I am writing this review at 7:05 still waiting .nThe person working on these orders ended up packing the orders and reopening them as you can see in the picture and this was not just for one order. It was literally for each and every orders.
Food was less than room temperature the customer service was non existent and they refused to replace the meals that they served untimely and cold. The atmosphere was good until I saw how the staff treated the homeless that were simply asking to use the washroom.
So not only is the drive thru attendant rude and I don't think she realizes that she's speaking half english and half of whatever language she speaks. There was a huge clump of hair on the bottom of my son's burger
Ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich to go here a couple months ago, waited 10 minutes even though it wasn't busy. Opened the bag when I got now late to work, there were a couple little pieces of lettuce and tomato inside, 2 tiny pieces of bacon and the egg was missing altogether. I complained through the McDonald's feedback website. Someone from the restaurant emailed me, apologized and offer to send compensation. I accepted, waited....nothing. I sent this person a friendly reminder email.....nothing. It is very clear how much they value my business, and now with the Trump tariff threat looming, I'm more than happy to go to a Canadian owned restaurant for my breakfast sandwich.
