Wife and I recently had lunch here this past Monday. We've always loved Chick-fil-A for it's food and the quality is always consistent no matter the location.nnThis recent visit here, there was a new young gentlemen being trained and he must have misheard us but instead of chicken sandwich, we received grilled nuggets when it arrived at our table. When I went to have it corrected, staff and management were overwhelmingly accommodating and apologetic it was okay, we weren't upset at all. As we were waiting for our corrected chicken sandwich, several other staff were very attentive and asked if we needed anything else.nnService here is exceptionally great, nothing like I've ever seen before at ANY other restaurant I've been to - from high-end to fast foods. We're very impressed with all of the staff and management here. Well done.
The place was immaculately clean. Couldn’t have expected better on that front. Staff were also super friendly and helpful. The menu options are pretty good, just wish portions were buffer for the price. The 4 piece tenders were particularly underwhelming in that respect. The taste and freshness was excellent though.
First time trying Chick-fil-a . Went through drive thru, and there was a gentleman taking the order there. The attendant asked if i wanted any sauce, but never mentioned that there's no salad or any condiments. If i knew the sandwich had nothing on it, i would've gone to another restaurant. Now I have 2 of these SAD looking sandwiches for $16 .. are you serious?? Not happy at all with this order, won't be coming back.
It's time for every fast food restaurant owner to watch the experience at a chick fil A. Their prices are comparable to all other restaurants except here the food is just the start. Koodoos to the staff at the Barrie location, I've never been treated better.
I loved the staff and the place itself, but the drive thru is mentally distressing. I love that it’s not open sundays and the cows are really goofy. Frozen lemonade a bit thick.
