I ordered 2 mcgriddle meals with coffee and hot choco, and a happy meal with bottled water, then when the order came, they gave us the coffee and bottled water without the hot choco. Then went to the car, found out no hash brown on happy meal. Went back to the store to get it. Now where here at the picnic ground, found out that one meal is mcmuffin and not both mcgriddle! Very dissapointed. Ruined my day.
Bought a Fudge Sunday and the quantity of chocolate on the top was close to nothing, upon requesting for proper amount chocolate the lady standing on the second window where you get food from replied very rudely that it was the right amount and said next time if you want more ask it before and pay for it.nnIf I wanted more than normal i would have paid hut why would you try to scam a customer by giving half of normal and pretending it to be normal and telling them to pay for more!nRidiculous that she didn’t even add normal amount of chocolate and was so arrogant for her mistake.
I have a constant issue that this store never prepares food properly it is always missing an ingredient and they expect you to eat a poutine with your hands because they don’t ever provide forks. Very poor management and employees who don’t give a crap. I was told by the senior manager named Travis that there’s no such thing as a corporate number. He is a lair and a horrible manager bc his store never gets an order correct.
I will never go back, when you wait in line in the drive through and they keep taking cars in the other lane it sets a bad tone. Don't waste my time! It won't happen again, because I will never go back to that location!
Everything was horrible. There was LIPSTICK on our NAPKINS not a single one of us are wearing makeup they messed up the order 3 times, gave the wrong drink, put the wrong sauce on our burgers and incredibly messy burger boxes. More so than McDonald’s typically is the fries were soggy and undercooked, the lady at the window tried to lie to us, and we asked for extra ketchup and wasnt given a single packet. Skip this location if you dont want food poisoning or something.
