Ordered a Chicken Caesar combo. Had numerous wilted lettuce pieces which diminished the salad to the point I was left with fries only. Manager only refunded the salad, saying that it can't be helped as the salads come in a bag. So much for their fresh claim as it clearly is not. Luckily I didn't get sick from botulism.
I don’t like how they treat the high school students. They are paying customers. Stop treating them like they are not welcomed in your restaurant. Too bad McDonald’s is too far for them to walk. Also Subway always makes the students feel welcomed. They are pleasant.
I was there last week and ordered chicken strips for the first time. They were so fresh, hot and delicious. So much so that I told my husband that I would bring him home some. I picked up my order at the drive through and as I drove home I took one out of the bag. What a HUGE disappointment. They were luke warm, hard and dry. I had placed 2 orders because I thought they would be as good as the first time. They definitely weren’t. The fries weren’t very good either but it’s always a hit or miss with fries in my experience. So much for my theory of going to a fast food joint when they’re busy because the food is more likely to be fresh. Lesson learned nPs the 2 stars were because the staff were friendly otherwise it would be ZERO.
I ordered $18 worth of food and asked for one dipping sauce to witch they wanted to charge me an additional 65cents. What kind of communist place is this.. staff is also very rude, location is dirty, my food was stale and cold. Will never be returning. I guess free BBQ sauce eats into the millions of dollars made by the franchise owner.
Absolutely awesome!! Great staff, great hot fresh food. We found the prices very competitive, 5 nuggets for $2.19, wow!! The restaurant is new and the look is fantastic. The Coke dispensers offer a large selection of mixed flavoured drinks.nnThe best Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
