John's Fried Chicken

One of the best crunchy fried chicken I’ve had and I’m a big fried chicken lover. The chicken was freshly cooked, tender, and juicy. It wasn’t too spicy either. The fries were tasty and hot as well I think they’re Cavendish fries which is one my favourite fries. Great lunch specials and was quickly made. Friendly staff too! This is way better better than KFC and probably Popeyes too. The chicken reminds me of Korean fried chicken! Go check this place out and plus it’s always great to support a local joint too.

SO. CRISPY. Chicken was very well seasoned, and very moist/juicy even the chicken breast. Wasn't drenched in oil. With the first bite I was impressed. This is what KFC thinks their chicken tastes like. 100% would come again.

Hands down the best fried chicken I have ever had! I can’t describe how good their food is. On top of that, the owners are the kindest, most generous people I have ever encountered at a restaurant. Now I understand the hype! 11/10

Just finished dinner, fried chicken from John's Fried Chicken. We had both regular and extra crispy with fries, gravy and coleslaw. This is the best fried chicken in Chilliwack, tender and juicy with a great flavourful coating, excellent fries, crispy and golden with smooth rich gravy for dipping. Andrea said the coleslaw was very good as well. There are quite a number of chicken places in Chilliwack, but John's is my go to place for the best.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that it is the best fried chicken ever!! The chicken was super crispy and juicy, great quality, and the perfect amount of saltiness. 10/10 would recommend!!

After a recommendation from family, I tried the sweet chili chicken and rice bowl today. Very, very good and a good serving size! We definitely will be trying more dishes and ordering this one again for sure!

Incredible fried chicken made fresh to order. I thought this would I be like oh so many crummy kfc knockoffs but boy, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Their chicken is incredible. Such a delicate light and crisp batter that’s actually a little reminiscent of tempura. If you’re looking for some good fried chicken you owe it to yourself to try this place out! Update** tried a few more of the menus items and they did not disappoint, I especially recommend their chicken and vegetable dumplings!

The nuggets are absolutely DISGUSTING! The chicken was chewy like jerky - maybe using old hens! Didn’t eat it! 50$ down the drain!

Chips and fried chicken were so crispy. Compare to KFC this one was much less salty and greasy. Recommend chicken burger
