This Taco Bell is awful. I went today and spent 30 mins in line and there was only 2 cars there when i pulled up. The sauce used on the Gordita and chicken quesadilla was some Smokey chipotle sauce I’ve never had at a Taco Bell before. The chicken in the quesadilla was so brown I’m pretty sure it was beef. The bean burrito we had the picture was awful, had chopped onions on it which I’ve never seen in another Taco Bell, was ice cold and beans didn’t seem edible. I’m not sure how this place is still open, it only operates from 1-7. They really should just close down before someone gets sick from their food.
Never had such a bad experience at any drive thru ever ! Waited 30 min just for our order to be taken and then we only acctually got two of the 8 items we ordered right and two of the things cause I have no idea what they were supposed to be were dry no sauce of any kind on them and only maybe half full the rest was soft shell . Won't ever be going back there again don't even know how they are in business this long !!!
Service was so bad it was comical. I was able to sit back and laugh at the incompetence of the staff simply because I wasn’t in any rush. Waited without being acknowledged for about 20 minutes as staff wandered aimlessly around the kitchen not making food or taking orders. My Crunchwrap was a sad excuse for a meal as the lettuce was frozen, wrap was stale and cold, and was hardly any beef on it. I would recommend this Taco Bell only to my worst enemy.
Believe all of these reviews, if they aren’t shut down by 2024 in Chilliwack i’ll be surprised. I tried their new mobile app ordering, said it would be ready by 1:24pm. Here i am at 1:45pm still waiting. By the time I received my order, they forgot 2 items, and no apology for the wait. Go here if you don’t mind waiting, but it’s not worth it in my opinion.
This Taco Bell gets 0 stars!! Took 35m in drive thru!! For them to screw up my order missing fries, drink and the Crunchwrap sumpreme had a tiny bit of meat and just lettuce! I will never go back what a waste of time!!!!
I had the 7 year itch to try Taco Bell. Took a whopping two hours to have delivered to my house and it tasted like fridge food. How this store is still operational is beyond me.
Waiting 21 minutes to even order in the drive thru and only ordered 2 tacos and one of them had no meat in it...worst taco bell experience everFood: 1/5
Waited 25 min in drive thru just for them to close ten min early with three other cars and one at the window worst service KFC I've ever experienced would not recommend to anyone.
Awful service. Opens at 1:00pm Sat in the drive through till 1:10 on Saturday and still no one took our order on the com. Two other vehicles left the drive through after us without having their order taken either. Brutal how bad this place is.
This is by far the worst taco bell ever. Everything was stale. Gross. Tasted off. My wife and I were so disappointed with absolutely everything we ordered. We will never step foot in this location again
