It was a wonderful experience. We mobile ordered, and got our food fast, the people were so nice and polite. We will be going here many times continuing. Absolute best fast food place. Five stars.
The last three times I've been here this is what I've gotten; a half full container of fries and a watered down drink that is 99% ice. The people who work here are great, but it's very clear the owner has trained them to give as little to the customer as possible. Won't be going back. Features: There are none
Stopped here on the way home from Michigan Adventure. Clean. Hardly anyone there at like 8 pm. Staff were super friendly and attentive. We went in because we had a car full of people with different cards and all the orders came out right. Crazy times we live in right now for fast food but this was a really nice experience. Appreciate your team.
You ask for only ketchup and you get only mayo who orders only mayo that’s nasty then you take it back just for the manager to say if you don’t have a receipt you can’t get a new burger they don’t even give you the receipt like I really wanna play around with taking fake food to Wendy’s with the gas prices the way they are you can keep your nasty food and your poor management skills I will never go back to the Wendy’s on apple ave very rude people working every time I did go
So, because I destroyed the previous Wendy's location that has since closed, I figured it was only fair that I give credit to the new location for their marked improvement. All you gotta do is look at the old Wendy's review scores and uou can see it was an absolute nightmare of an establishment. However, since the new Wendy's has opened, they have been phenomenal. Food is always fresh and hot, service is great, and they ate almost never out of thingslike hamburgers. I assume this one is owned by the same person as the last, so im not sure exactly what changed, but it is night and day. Highly recommend this location to anyone
Three times I have ordered, through DoorDash, Wendy's "pub-style" sandwich twice with chicken, once as a hamburger, the one on a pretzel bun, because I want to try the beer cheese. Well, they left the beer cheese off ALL THREE TIMES!! I have deducted a star for each time they didn't make the sandwich right because I'm fed up with it. How ridiculous is that?
They have the best burgers compared to McDonald's and Burger King you want fresh you want fresh lettuce tomato this is a place to go and the service is great everybody else at McDonald's and Apple Avenue by the highways on their cell phone they screw your order up every time you go in there you want good service go to Wendy'sFood: 5/5
I went through drivethru and got a small Jr. Cheeseburger. It cost $2.64. That's alot for a small cheeseburger. But if paying extra helps the drive thru go faster it was worth it. Hot, fresh and tasty! Thanks team Wendy'sFood: 5/5

The lady at the register was polite and quick her name was maggie. Overall nice, fast workers. They were very busy but the workers still got all of our orders ready quick. Great service nice staff clean place and good food.
