That’s a small and large chilli. What a rip-off. Frosties came melted like watered down milkshakes. : Place is dirty and rude employees. Pulled up in drive thru and the employee is talking to her friend who’s standing in my way, talking to her through the drive thru window. Pulling up to the window you could smell the gross, old oil and the kitchen and the workers are grimey. So many people in the kitchen and the registers but the orders take anywhere from 15-20 minutes. This place is only couple years after renovation and it already feels like a dirty McDonald’s somewhere in the ghetto. They need a new management or this place will become even more gross.
This group needs some help, better training, more management support. They get my order wrong more often than right. They are consistently out of ingredients. I love Wendy's so I really hope they can improve soon!
This restaurant is the worst and the slowest I’ve ever been to, they can’t very get anything right Very time I ordered it’s all ways wrong, I have to repeat what I want when I go through the drive-through they can never understand what you tell them the first time. I can't eat McDonald's without being sick so this place is great! I always eat the Jr bacon cheeseburgers here and never get sick! If you have gut issues, Wendy's might work for you, like it does for me!Food: 5/5
This has got to be the most mismanaged Wendy’s on this side of the state. Staff moves with no direction, was given the wrong stuff 2x & was then treated rudely after having to asked a second time for it to be fixed.
I run a chess club there on Monday nights. The staff are mostly friendly, especially a young man named Jeremy. He's always smiling. The music is just a little bit loud. It would be good if it was a tad lower so one could talk with others at a reasonable tone of voice, and hear each other easier. The food is good, the atmosphere is nice.They run out of Frosties at night when I'm there, and want one to go. Those are my only two issues. Other than that, I'm grateful they allow us to meet there, and I have a nice time. I'm paraplegic, and I have no issues with ambulating or mobility in the restaurant.
Waited a half hour and had to leave without ordering because they were too focused on mobile orders. Manager on duty was rude to multiple customers in front of us.
I went there Tuesday morning to get their new peppermint Frosty drink. I ordered a medium, yet received something smaller than a kid's small sized drink. What little I got was a 6/10. The Breakfast Baconator sandwich was quite nice, though.Food: 3/5
I was the only person in the building, there were around 7 staff members. Drive thru was more active with a car every 5-ish minutes. They were out of american cheese and offered cheddar instead. Which sounded fine, but I received shredded cheese instead. They almost forgot to hand me the receipt until I asked and they forgot the drink completely. They also forgot the sauces. If only one of these things happened, I wouldn't care, is the combination of all of it in one visit. I frequent Wendy's often and have never seen this much go wrong before Parking: More than enough space
Absolutely horrible visit. The staff was arguing with the customers, customers were leaving because they were standing in line for so long. The ketchup was out, all of the sodas I wanted were out and the Baconator I ordered was a complete failure. I posted a picture of what my Baconator looked like a a picture of their display Baconator. Mine looks nothing like their display.
