Applebee's Grill + Bar

this place is near my house.. when i'm too lazy to cook, my husband and I go. The food here leaves nothing to be desired. If you love salad and often buy it in batches at the store, pour it on a plate and eat it for $3, then this restaurant will do the same for you by adding chicken. French fries are often overcooked or cooked in old oil. Free tap water... tastes like bleach, smelly. Burger good cutlet, but very dry.

I like to come here with a friend. I ordered the double crunch shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Our waiter Manny was so attentive. He was well groomed, well spoken nd I just loved that blonde hair of his. It looked marvelous on that brown skin. He put the works on my blue hawaiian long island ice tea..made my experience even better! It was nice and quiet not many ppl in the restaurant at the time. It was about 3:30pm. We didn't leave till 5

Went out with my mom last night. Our bartender Kate was awesome! And so were the Cheetos chicken and cheese bites!! Will be back for more

Most needed more flavor like the shrimp and mash the steak came out exactly how I order it and it had a hint of flavor. Kinda disappointed by this Applebee's I been to another Applebee's and I got this same dish and the whole entire meal was so good. Came here again just for some cocktails

We decided to make a quick stop around 2:00. Waitress was very pleasant and efficient. Did not have to wait long for a late lunch. We needed a little break between some of our Christmas shopping. And it worked out really great. It was more relaxing at that time, there were not a lot of people there. I'm very pleasant customer stop this and said did you know they have senior citizen discount here? They will not tell you about it, you have to ask.. we thought that was nice but a little too late for us. So if you are a senior citizen remember to ASK.

I'll be honest, I used to be an Applebee's hater. A couple of years ago I'd say that the food wasn't all that great and I felt that the wait times were a bit too long. Now it's one of the main places I go to for a quick bite to eat. The food quality has gotten much better, and all of the staff are quite nice. The food is cheap and you get big portions for the price. It can be busy at times but that doesn't tend to be an issue. Kid-friendliness: They have highchairs for the younger kids and a tablet on each table with a couple of simple games for the older ones. They have things like trivia so other people at the table can get involved. Wheelchair accessibility: I have a friend who uses an electric wheelchair and we're able to eat here no problem. There are ramps outside and inside the building.

My wife and I have been practicing taking our 3 & 4 yr old hellion boys out to eat, and stopped into the Westfield Applebee's. It was clean, the food was good, the staff were attentive and friendly. The only reason it didn't rank any higher is its a chain restaurant and the food is all processed/frozen/unsustainable. But the experience was good, and we would go back.

I've eaten at Applebee's for years but never had such an experience with any waitress. Keryn Q. was the most amazing waitress I've ever had, ever! She went above and beyond to accommodate us, checked in continuously to see if there was anything we needed. Wonderful experience!

AWFUL. The managers are rude, ignorant, disrespectful and bully the employees. My food was good, my servers were great! If anything the servers deserve to be the managers, they have better etiquette and mannerism. I’m so disgusted, I wouldn’t even want to recommend this specific location to anyone as you couldn’t even eat in peace. Never. Disgrace. If you do go please be kind to your servers and cooks, what their leads do isn’t their fault! And yes I called corporate as well.

Overall good food, service and atmosphere. The table at our booth was sticky, not wet, but it felt like a kind of permanent stickiness....maybe from the cleaners used? We got past that and had a nice meal. Service was friendly and attentive. Whoever busses the tables needs to understand that we didn't have a good first impression because of that gross stickyness.
