In the last few months this taco bell has done a complete 180. Employees are very friendly and the speed of service is great. My order is always accurate and is hot. Congratulations to the team at this taco bell for taking a place that was honestly awful to 5 stars and worth my time reviewing. If you catch Noah in the drive through you are in for a treat.
It's been hit and miss with this location but this last order i had enough and had to review. Quesadilla wasn't even cut and one was half full, the regular crunchy tacos were dripping wet with other items not supposed to be included like sour cream and random tomato bits. The crunchy taco Supreme looks like it was dropped on the floor and wasn't built at all correctly. This isn't the first time but whomever made all of our food obviously had zero F's. We didn't eat any of it because of how bad everything was put together. Be warned!!!
The overall service at this location is really hit or miss. Tonight the food and the service speed were fine, but the friendliness of the employee at the window was disappointing. No "you're welcome" when I said "thank you" after I was handed my food. In fact, the employee didn't say a single word to me when I pulled up. Just stuck the bag out and shut the window after I took it. I guess this is what passes for customer service in 2022.
There's a good chance I'm one of their best most frequent customers, but I HATE IT when they make their workers take orders outside! Then I don't get the full menu, I just get what are on those small order cards! I've driven off I don't know how many times when I see them standing outside and just go to Subway across the street, or don't get any food at all. They've also messed up my order I don't even know how many times.
Food was OK however the water was oddly colored and tasted very off. Couldn't get any water that was actually clear. Hardly anyone there when we went yet it was extremely slow for a simple order of 3 tacos. There was also kind of a funky smell in the air.Food: 4/5
This place has the best breakfast crunch wraps!!!! They're always full and made correctly! I get mine with no meat, and alot of other places hardly get it right, and forget to mark mine so I can tell who's is whose... but this taco bell ALWAYS makes them right and they are ALWAYS so so delicious! I literally go out of my way 15 minutes in the mornings to go here instead of the taco bell right on my route to work. So thank you for being Great! I will continue to wake up 30 minutes earlier just to come here, as long as the service and food continues to be as great as it is! For those of you who don't like the bacon or sausage in your crunchwrap, it is delicious without meat! And, I recently found out they have a California crunch wrap.... which is also good!
Food and service was great considering how slammed they were. My wife and I were traveling with a two year old and stopped in to grab a bite to eat/change the baby. Neither bathroom has a changing table. Really no reason not to have one in either bathroom.
I definitely don't go to Taco Bell expecting fine food, but this is perhaps the worst Taco Bell I've been to. It always takes an exceptionally long time to get our food, the food is rarely good or consistent in the way that it's presented/prepared, and it's always freezing inside the restaurant.Food: 1/5
If I could review this no stars I would. By far the worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. I wouldn’t even feed this to my dog. Don’t go here.
This was the best taco bell we've been to. Service was friendly, service was faster then I could've ever imagined, order was right and food was great. I told the guy that they need to be the poster company for taco bells
