Nashville Hot? More like Nashville dribble. A "stripe" of sauce on a tender. Do better. If it's a maybe, you don't send it out. You need some real leadership there.
Don't waste your time. I came for a quick, and simple order. The cashier an older woman was great, super polite, but my food was completely wrong. It doesn't matter how nice your employees are, if someone isnt going to get the order right.
While dashing last night first order out the gate was here. Went inside and there were 3 other dashers waiting for orders. Staff acted like we were not even there. Several other customers demanded refunds since they only served food to the drive through. We waited for 30 plus minutes for our customers food. While the fry cook walked around like he was stoned and the manager had no organization and seemed to not care that she was costing us dashers money and reviews. Last night was the worse Friday night my wife and I have had dashing all because we got held up here for poor management.
Not a fan of the popcorn chicken going away!!! It's fine to do nuggets as a side, but prefer to stick with popcorn chicken when it comes to the famous bowls!!! Smaller pieces of chicken are better to have a balance of all for each bite.
Please check your machinery. My fries and chicken strips tasted like propane. I thought the sauces were spoiled or something, but realized the food tasted like gas not cooking oils. It was horrible. Burned my chest to swallow. Worst experience of my life

Clean store, friendly service. Prices are a little high, but most fast foods are these days. Parking: Handicap parking available
THIS PLACE HAS A SLIDING DOOR AND IT MAKES IT THE STRANGEST FEELING KFC. Also the food is always really solid and the employees tend to be niceFood: 5/5
