Wells Fargo Bank

My wallet is missing and I was 30 miles away from home (at work) without gas. They told me they would not help me because I did not have the capability to access the Smart Phone App. I am disappointed they were unwilling to help a customer of 20+ years because I didn't have smart phone capabilities.

Always not enough tellers. I also wanted to sell them change and it took over 15 minutes to do it and then when I got back to the store I realized they shorted me $60. Now it's going to take 10 minutes to balance the till. Worst service ever. After they confirmed that I was correct on shorting me my $60 they didn't even apologize.

The customer service here is so amazing, it makes you want to do back flips. The staff here operate on the idea that courtesy is still the most important thing in business, and they certainly don't disappoint when it comes to acting on that idea. The tellers are always friendly and helpful and the personal bankers are well-equipped with an extensive arsenal of financial knowledge weaponry. Marv got me set up with an account like a boss and opened my eyes to tools and services that I hadn't even been previously aware of in my blissful ignorance. When all is said and done, I feel so much more secure when banking at Wells Fargo.

Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of there way to assist and always recommend what's best for you, not the bank.
