Would have been nice to know it was going to be closed for Columbus day. Had to leave work early and drive tru traffic from Tacoma to make a payment and to my surprise it was closed. Website said nothing about bank observing the holiday.

A tad bit of snow and they closed their doors. 
  Too bad bills do not stop rolling due to "weather conditions."

They removed money from our account unauthorized to pay their personal loan that was a couple days late. NOT authorized at all- just took our money and did not inform us.
