I am extremely disappointed with this entire Establishment! I am a customer for many years. We recently moved to Yelm and my son got his first job. Upon my advice he opened an account at the Yelm Key bank branch office. Recently he took advantage of the online mobile app where you can take a photo of your check and deposit it. He did this on a Friday not realizing the 24 hours it would take to process only includes week days as business days- even though the Bank is open on Saturday. So out of concern , and being a graveyard shift worker my so. Checked his online app periodically throughout the night shift as he needed to shop for his two babies before he returned home hat morning. Well Keybank put a fraud alert on his account because he checked his balance too many times???!!!??? We go to the Branch and they tell us to go call the fraud dept. The Fraud Department tells us to go into the Branch we opened our account in. And it continues- they still have his money and no one will help us. What do I do? Call the police and press charges for theft? What do we do ? They have hundreds of his dollars

I opened my account at the Key Bank branch in Lacey, WA. I responded to a marketing campaign which said that Key Bank was willing to give me up to $ 200 to switch from another bank to Key Bank. The representative I talked to opened the account for me and there was a lot of paper work, I thought I was buying a house or a car. Too much paper work for opening an account. I went bank and re-read the paperwork regarding the "free" $ 200. What was not told to me and I did not read was that it would take up to three months to get the $ 200 after meeting the requirements which is a total of 5 months. I blame myself for not making myself aware of the situation but Key Bank did not tell me either, I was just given a pile of papers to read and sign. So, shame on me and I guess I will have to wait, read the very small print under marketing accounts to find this. information.

The people here are very helpful & super friendly. They also go out of their way to not charge a fee if they can. What more could u ask for?

$4 to use their ATM.... need I say more ? It's more like " fee bank"

Always a hassle with anyone I talk to there. Its always I can't do that for you or your not aloud to do that I have always liked my keybank but this staff every single one of them are horrible would not recommend them to anyone I will drive the half hr to my spanaway bank where they are VERY NICE and HELPFUL.. Do not waste your time with this bank
