Today I felt very un welcomed in this bank, had a pretty simple question am explained I had not called because I had been driving for 3 hours... was told to talk to a banker which was fine asked to use the restroom while I waited was told there were none for the public. ... seems that as investors with my $ in your bank I wouldn't be the general public anymore

I found one if the tellers to be condescending, throughout my transaction I was constantly reminded that I could use the atm or go online to do most of my banking. It made me uncomfortable. I've never been treated that way at any other branch.
