Awesome teller Lorenzo took care of us with no issues and a smile. We had quite a bit of banking to do and he was fast, efficient and courteous

They wanted to charge me $7.50 to cash a business check drawn from Wells Fargo because the company opted to not use their check cashing service. Wtf? Customer service is just a department. Not how you earn new business. And I was looking for a new bank. FAIL

They are all absolutely rude. Especially the tellers. After the young female Hispanic teller helped me I walked away with a smile and a large female Caucasian teller, who didn't help me, sarcastically yelled out "you're welcome!" across the building to me. Grow up and work on your customer service skills, you cows.
