Horrible customer service they won’t call you when they close your account for declined payments. They won’t talk to you first to see if you need help or why it was declining. I’m livid and then talking to a MANAGER she’s telling me they can’t reopen a closed account and that there’s nothing they can do to help you. Which they closed your account without you know until the next day with a email. Horrible customer service I don’t recommend using this bank.
