I wouldn't even give them one star! Never seen such incompetence as I have today, maybe because it's Friday the 13th! Went in to make mortgage and equity payment today, combined both amounts on one check. These morons wouldn't except my payment unless it was on 2 separate checks and sent me out the door. No payment accepted, drove 30 miles round trip! What a bunch of worthless F~tards! Avoid this failing financial institution at all costs!

I had to get attorney general involved to stop them from trying to collect a debt that wasn't mine.  They did not care how long I had been a customer (20 years). DO NOT trust this bank!!!!!!
