Wells Fargo Bank

Since I opened my account I've never had a bad experience. Eduardo Perez was the banker who helped me open my account and he's assisted me since then as well. Very friendly and personable guy. Never had a bad experience with any bank tellers either.

I brought in some change to be counted and was told they no longer have a machine to count change. I asked if another location would be able to and was told "none of the Wells Fargos can, we don't have a contract anymore". Then I was told that I can take the paper change rolls and put the money in myself to be counted. Are you kidding me? You are a bank and you are not even able to count change? What a joke.

Never had any problems here. Unless you have a rude demeanor and can't be patient, don't go here.

Came in around 430pm waited for 20 mins in line to open joint checking only to be told I needed to speak to a personal banker. Immediately around 450 pmBridget in personal banking greeted us with the nicest smile and asked if she could help us. She asked us if we wanted ice cream, how's our day, not at all expressing any rush to leave in 10mins like everyone else. We talked about how we are engaged and getting married. She made everything very stress free and comfortable. We end up getting done at 530pm and she showed us how to do a atm deposit. Bridget really made our day and turned our experience into a good one.

I've been to this location plenty of times and seen a couple bankers before and their service would be ok, but not to the point that I would want to give this location a 5 star rating. Until today!! My service was wonderful and helpful. The banker I seen was Bridget Grandberry. She was amazing!!! The way she handled everything was very professional and at the same time she made me feel comfortable asking questions and answered every single one. She also made sure She answered all my questions. I would definitely go back and see Bridget again 😊 I highly recommend her.
